Who is responsible

What data we process

The contact form on our Contact page and the newsletter sign-up work through a direct email link that opens your own email program. We don't receive anything automatically: you decide yourself whether and when you actually send that pre-filled email.

The Mortgage check, requesting our New-build guide, and any question, viewing request, or brochure request about a specific property go directly to our server. We receive and process the details you enter (such as name, email address, phone number, the content of your message, and for the Mortgage check also the financial details you enter yourself, such as income, savings, and target property price) to process your request, automatically send you a confirmation, and personally follow up with you on a purchase, sale, rental, or financing.

Who we share data with

For the forms above that go directly to our server, we use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Resend, to send confirmation emails and, for the Mortgage check, the PDF attachment;
• HubSpot, our CRM system where we store your contact details and the content of your request so we can follow up with you;
• Supabase, for the login system and the favorites feature (see below).

These parties process your data solely on behalf of Nexo Estates, for the purposes described above, and make no use of it themselves. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

Why we use this data

We use the data you share with us solely to:

• contact you and answer your question;
• guide you with buying, selling, renting, or financing property on the Costa del Sol;
• connect you, only with your knowledge, with partners from our network (such as notaries, lawyers, tax specialists, or mortgage specialists) when needed for your process.

Retention period

We don't keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose it was provided for, or as long as the law requires (for example for fiscal purposes after a completed transaction).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or have your data deleted. You can also object to the processing of your data. Get in touch for this via info@nexo-estates.com.

Accounts & favorites

To save properties as a favorite, you create an account using only your email address, no password. When logging in, you receive a temporary login link by email. We store your email address and the reference numbers of the properties you've marked as a favorite. We don't use this data for marketing purposes and don't share it with third parties.
