About the company
Nexo Estates is a Dutch-run estate agency on the Costa del Sol, specialised in buying and selling guidance for both private individuals and investors.
We focus on clients who want to be guided in a clear, reliable, and structured way when buying or selling a property in Spain. Our approach is practical and transparent, with clear communication throughout.
The name Nexo means “connection” in Spanish, and that forms the core of how we work: the connection between you and the right property, between your wishes and reality, and between your expectations and the Spanish property market.
Our process is clear and fully attuned to how things work in Spain, with support where needed from a carefully assembled network of local specialists. Our goal is simple: to guide you with calm, clarity, and trust, so you can make the right decision at every stage of the process.

About me
My name is Sem Grijpink, founder of Nexo Estates
My background is in Dutch property finance, where I advised entrepreneurs on commercial mortgages and investment structures. During that time I learned how important it is to look at property not just emotionally, but also with sound financial and strategic reasoning.
After that period I became active in the Spanish property market, where I gained experience as an agent on the Costa Cálida. Eventually the wish grew to settle in a region with more energy, quality of life, and international appeal.
That search brought me to the Costa del Sol. Together with my partner I explored Marbella, Málaga, and Estepona, among others. Here everything fell into place: the climate, the vibrancy, the international community, and the sense of stability and safety. The Costa del Sol has been our home ever since.
With Nexo Estates I combine my financial background, local market knowledge, and international experience to guide clients personally and carefully through their purchase in Spain, always clear, structured, and in their own language.

My name is Rosalie Aaldering, photography & styling
I'm a Dutch photographer based in Marbella, working across the Costa del Sol and regularly taking on projects in the Netherlands. I now handle the property photography for Nexo Estates' sales and rental listings, alongside interior styling advice.
Through STUDIO ROOS I focus on photography, content creation, and styling for hospitality brands, events, real estate, and businesses. My work is inspired by natural light, clean compositions, and authentic moments, combining an editorial eye with a relaxed, natural approach.
I have a creative and business background in this field too: a background in styling and interiors, followed by a course in creative business, and I bring that combination into every project.
