Who we are
A steady partner in the Spanish property market
Nexo Estates was founded by Sem Grijpink, with a background in property finance and experience as an estate agent on the Spanish coasts. We know the local market, the language, and the customs on both sides, and use that to offer you a process that feels clear, personal, and reliable, from first orientation to well after completion.
We're also building a network of Dutch property professionals, so we can refer you to the right specialist even beyond our own services.
